SrA Levi D. Carper, 27, U.S. Air Force, born in Washington February 5, 1996,
passed away in a car accident on July 26, 2023. Carper was an F-35 Dedicated
Crew Chief with 495th Fighter Generation Squadron and stationed at Lakenheath
Air Base in England. There, he was in charge of maintaining the world's most
advanced fighter jets and ensuring they were always combat-ready. Carper is
remembered as an adventurous man with a great sense of humor. He enjoyed the
outdoors, traveling, and spending time with his loved ones. Fly high, Airman! Til
