In Memory OfSP4 Lonnie D. Frye

SP4 Lonnie D. Frye, 72, U.S. Army, born in Indiana October 7, 1946, passed away on April 21, 2019. Frye served as a Construction Specialist with 15th Engineer Battalion, 9th Infantry Division in Vietnam. There, he swept battlefields for land mines ahead of U.S. troops and helped build infrastructure, allowing our troops to traverse the rugged countryside and jungles. After the war, Frye kept himself quite busy. He was active in his church and a member of the VFW, American Legion, and the Free & Accepted Masons. Rest easy, Soldier! Til Valhalla, Brother!
