SGT Raymond O. Beverly, 66, U.S. Army, born in West Virginia November 18, 1943,
passed away from Agent Orange-related health complications on August 13, 2009.
Beverly was a Sniper with 4th Infantry Division in Vietnam. He was stationed near
the Cambodian border and saw combat multiple times defending the Pleiku Air
Base. Beverly worked in civil service for many years and then opened his own bar.
He was also a member of several Veterans organizations, an active member of his
church, and a genuine family man. Rest easy, Soldier! Til Valhalla, Brother!
