SGT Donald M. Stein, 69, U.S. Army, born December 23, 1947, passed away from
Agent Orange-related health complications on February 14, 2017. Stein was a Door
Gunner with 101st Cavalry Division (Airmobile) in Vietnam. There, he provided
cover fire for air and ground units in combat zones. After the war, Stein led an
active life. In addition to his professional career, he was a member of several
veteran support groups and was very active in his church and the Boy Scouts. For
his service, he earned the Bronze Star. Rest easy, Hero! Til Valhalla, Brother!
