SGT Casey E. Knoll, 39, U.S. Army, born in California April 9, 1978, passed away on July 4, 2017. Knoll proudly served our country for four years. During that time, he was assigned to 4th Battalion, 73rd Cavalry Regiment, 82nd Airborne Division, and deployed to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. Knoll enjoyed spending time outdoors, fishing, camping, and reading as many books as he could get his hands on. He was a fiercely loyal friend, a loving fiancé, and a proud, dedicated father.
