In Memory OfSFC Bruce R. Pearson Sr.

SFC Bruce R. Pearson Sr., 70, U.S. Army, born in Illinois February 9, 1947, passed away on December 7, 2017. Pearson first served as an Infantryman with 1st Cavalry Division in Vietnam. He was a ""Tunnel Rat"" and made a name for himself when he, armed with only a pistol and a bayonet, went underground and single-handedly captured a high-ranking enemy officer. After the war, Pearson served in various capacities in Germany, Korea, and all over the U.S. until retiring in 1986. For his service, he earned the Bronze Star. Rest easy, Hero! Til Valhalla, Brother!
