SCPO Joshua W. Jeffrey, 46, U.S. Navy, born in Texas March 29, 1975, passed
away from COVID-19 related health complications on August 28, 2021. Jeffrey
proudly served our country as an Aviation Electronics Technician for 15 years. He
was stationed aboard USS Eisenhower (CVN-69), USS Essex (LHD-2), and USS
George Washington (CVN-73), maintaining our aircrafts' electrical, computer, and
weapons systems to ensure that the fleet was fully operational and mission-ready
