LCpl Asher N. Oster, 21, U.S.M.C., born in Texas December 20, 2000, lost the
battle with his demons on November 17, 2022. Oster served with Air Control
Training Squadron and was stationed at Twentynine Palms. There, he was
attending Ground Electronics Maintenance School in preparation for a military
specialty in the field of communication electronics. Oster is remembered as a
gentle giant with a big heart. He was a natural leader, mentor, and loyal friend who
was always there for others when they needed help. Semper Fi, Marine! Til
