FF Phillip C. Jacobs, 48, Harvard Fire Protection District, born in Illinois April 22,
1971, passed away from cancer on January 7, 2020. Jacobs protected his
community as a Firefighter for over 30 years. In addition to putting out flames, he
was a CPR and First Aid Instructor for his department and the local college.
Jacobs had many goals in life and the work ethic to achieve them. From becoming
a "Star Scout" to playing drums at the Orange Bowl and Hula Bowl, the word
"Quit" wasn't in his vocabulary. Rest easy; We have the watch now! Til Valhalla,
