In Memory OfDeputy Sheriff Jarid D. Taylor

Deputy Sheriff Jarid D. Taylor, 31, Bryan County Sheriff's Office, born in Oklahoma
July 28, 1988, passed away in the line of duty on January 14, 2020. Taylor began
his career as a Correctional Officer. He then underwent CLEET training to become
a School Resource Officer before transferring to Patrol Division. Taylor loved his
community and felt honored he had the opportunity to serve its people. He
posthumously received the "Sheriff's Cross Award" and has a highway and a
memorial scholarship in his name. Rest easy; We have the watch now! Til Valhalla,
