Cpl Francis Carosella Jr., 70, U.S.M.C., born in Pennsylvania August 19, 1949, passed away on July 17, 2020. Carosella was a Rifleman with 2nd Battalion, 9th Marine Regiment in Vietnam. He saw combat multiple times in Operations Dewey Canyon, Apache Snow, and Cameron Falls, driving NVA and PAVN forces out of Quang Tri. Carosella then worked for General Motors for 30 years and was a committeeman with United Auto Workers. He enjoyed playing guitar, riding his Harley Davidson, and spending time with family and friends. Semper Fi, Marine! Til Valhalla, Brother!
