We fuel this mission exclusively by selling the impactful gear you see on our site. A portion of our net proceeds goes towards building handmade memorials that are surprise-delivered to the families of Fallen Military & First Responders (at no cost to them) and funding life-saving therapy for at-risk Veterans.

Processing and delivery was a little slow, but I understand with the demand for the 911 shirt. perfect to honor someone lost to suicide or anything really. i also went through cancer treatment and while i seem fine now, has left me with the invisible PTSD symptoms. always be kind
I never received my shirt and have submitted inquiries to the customer support email address and never received any response. I want to support your company but you are making it hard.
Every time I buy a shirt, I’m going to leave a review letting people know just how amazing the quality of these shirts are because… they are absolutely amazing. And I would definitely encourage everyone out there to be honest about your sizing and order the size that you would normally wear. Because I was concerned about it shrinking in the wash or it coming small smaller than advertised so like a Dingaling, I ordered a triple XL instead of a double XL and yes, I’m floating in it, but I wear them with pride every day. Just next time I’ll order a double XL.
The shirt itself is great. The mission of TVP is also great. Unfortunately, it took over a month to receive my order. The customer service and communication was some of the worst I have ever experienced. Calling only resulted in never talking to anybody and never receiving a return response. Emails asking for updates, if answered, were canned responses that did not provide the information I was seeking. Impersonal at best, dismissive in general. Such a shame since the whole reason for the business is so admirable.
I love the shirt, quality, and message it sends...what i was disappointed with was the customer service (or lack of customer service). I placed my order a month before finally disputing it with my bank as I never got a message saying it was being prepared to ship...i reached out to company multiple times and also called the customer service number a couple times with no avail...again the product is great...company not so great...from what I was reading on other reviews im not the only one this happened to.
