Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains the processing, fulfillment, shipping, and delivery practices for orders placed through Til Valhalla Project.

ORDER PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT
Please allow up to 14 business days for standard in-stock orders to be processed and fulfilled before shipment.

Order processing and fulfillment time is separate from carrier transit time. Shipping estimates displayed at checkout begin after your order has been processed, fulfilled, and transferred to the carrier.

Once your order ships, tracking information will automatically be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

PRE-ORDER & MEMBERSHIP ORDERS
Orders containing a pre-order or membership item follow the fulfillment schedule associated with that item rather than our standard processing timeframe.

If you purchase additional merchandise in the same order as a pre-order or membership item, the entire order will ship together once the pre-order or membership item is ready for fulfillment.

Pre-order fulfillment information is provided on the applicable product page. Membership orders follow the fulfillment schedule associated with the membership.

CUSTOM & BACKORDERED ITEMS
Custom items and other products with specific fulfillment timelines may require additional processing time. Any applicable fulfillment information will be provided on the product page when available.

If an item becomes backordered, fulfillment may take longer due to inventory or production timelines. We will provide updates when additional information becomes available.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Available shipping methods and rates are displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Current domestic shipping options may include:

Standard Shipping: Estimated 5–7 business days in transit
Priority Shipping: Estimated 2–4 business days in transit
Express Shipping: Estimated 1–2 business days in transit

These estimates refer to carrier transit time after your order ships and do not include order processing or fulfillment time.

Shipping methods, rates, and carrier availability are subject to change and may vary based on the order and destination.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING
Selecting Priority, Express, or another expedited shipping method applies only to carrier transit time after your order ships.

Expedited shipping does not expedite order processing or fulfillment. All orders remain subject to the applicable processing and fulfillment timeframe before being transferred to the carrier.

FREE SHIPPING
FREE Standard Shipping is available on eligible domestic orders of $79 or more.

If your order qualifies for free shipping, the available free-shipping option will be displayed at checkout.

Certain products or destinations may not qualify for free shipping. Puerto Rico does not qualify for free shipping.

APO/FPO/DPO SHIPPING
We ship to eligible APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.

Customers are responsible for entering the complete military mailing address in the appropriate format during checkout. Available shipping services and delivery times may vary for military addresses.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping to eligible destinations. Available shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in shipping charges collected by Til Valhalla Project unless otherwise stated at checkout.

International delivery times may vary due to carrier processing, customs clearance, and circumstances outside our control. Tracking availability and the level of tracking detail provided may vary by destination and carrier.

International orders do not qualify for free shipping.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
All processing, fulfillment, shipping, and delivery dates or timeframes provided by Til Valhalla Project are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs processing, holidays, incorrect or incomplete address information, or other circumstances outside our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.

Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.
