In Memory OfTSgt & Deputy Sheriff Michael A. Levison

TSgt & Deputy Sheriff Michael A. Levison, 30, NM Air National Guard, Bernalillo County Sheriff's Office (BCSO), born October 21, 1991, passed away in a helicopter crash on July 16, 2022. Levison was a Combat Engineer with 210th Red Horse Squadron before joining the BCSO. There, he was part of the Emergency Response, Crisis Negotiation, and Air Support Team. While conducting water bucket dumps to help fight a wildfire, he passed away when his helicopter suffered multiple malfunctions and went down outside of Vegas. Rest easy, Hero! Til Valhalla, Brother!
