Trooper First Class Aaron M. Pelletier, 34, Connecticut State Police (CSP), born August 6, 1989, died in the line of duty on May 30, 2024. Pelletier had a diverse career with CSP as part of multiple departments and was chosen to work on an FBI Joint Task Force. He also earned a Lifesaving Award for stabilizing a motorcycle accident victim and applying a tourniquet to his brachial artery, which saved the severely injured man's arm from amputation. For his service, Pelletier earned the Law Enforcement Medal of Honor. Rest easy; We have the watch now! Til Valhalla, Brother!
