TSgt Jeremiah A. Helgesen, 41, U.S. Air Force, born February 9, 1982, passed away in a car accident on August 25, 2023. Helgesen was a Crew Chief with 122nd Fighter Wing and deployed twice in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. There, he maintained our A-10 Warthogs, ensuring they were always flight-worthy and combat-ready. Helgesen enjoyed snowboarding, softball, and was a diehard fan of the Colts and the Cubs. Above all, he loved spending time with his daughter, building imaginative things with LEGOs. Fly high, Airman! Til Valhalla, Brother!
