In Memory OfSSG Gary M. Burch

SSG Gary M. Burch, 74, U.S. Army, born in Michigan January 29, 1948, passed away on September 5, 2022. After serving in the Vietnam War with II Field Forces, Burch was stationed at Patrick Air Force Base as part of the "Fat Albert Blimp Program." There, he
helped develop tethered aerostats that were used by the military and government agencies for surveillance and communication operations. Burch is remembered as a patriotic family man with a big heart. He was a great friend, a loving husband, and a fantastic father. Rest easy, Hero! Til Valhalla, Brother!
