SPC Ronald D. Allen Jr., 22, U.S. Army, born December 16, 1980, died in a non- combat incident on August 25, 2003. Allen was a Personnel Services Specialist with 502nd Personnel Service Battalion in Iraq. There, he performed essential administrative tasks to ensure our troops could conduct missions with all the necessary supplies. Allen was the type of man who was always ready to step up and do what needed to be done. He was a selfless and dependable Soldier any unit would be proud to have. For his service, he earned the Bronze Star. Rest easy, Hero! Til Valhalla, Brother!
