In Memory OfSPC Leland J. Neva

SPC Leland J. Neva, 33, U.S. Army, born in California March 8, 1990, passed away in a motorcycle accident on November 7, 2023. For five years, Leland was an MP with 25th Infantry Division in the War on Terror. While in the service, he deployed to the Middle East multiple times in support of Operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom. Neva believed in giving back and helping others, especially his fellow Veterans. He believed in it so much that he founded and was the president of a new American Legion Riders chapter.
