SPC Kevin J. Devlin, 54, U.S. Army, born December 16, 1969, passed away from health complications on December 24, 2023. Devlin was a Bradley Fighting Vehicle Systems Mechanic and deployed for Operation Desert Storm, maintaining armored vehicles during the liberation of Kuwait. After the Army, he continued serving our country in the National Guard until 1995. Devlin was a patriotic man with a passion for aviation and an extensive knowledge of fine whiskey. He was a true friend, a loving husband, and a fantastic father. Rest easy, Soldier! Til Valhalla, Brother!
