SPC John A. Burns, 53, U.S. Army, born November 1, 1971, passed away from health complications on March 21, 2025. Burns was a Materiel Storage and Handling Specialist in Desert Storm, ensuring critical supplies reached the front lines, then retrained as an 11B Light Weapons Infantryman. He was a man who chose gratitude over bitterness, using the extra years granted by his wife's kidney donation for family, faith, and community. He is survived by his wife, Lisa, their two children, Sarah and Jason, and two grandchildren. Til Valhalla, Soldier.
