In Memory OfSPC Frank S. Keough

SPC Frank S. Keough, 22, U.S. Army, born January 08, 1969, was Killed in Action (KIA) on February 25, 1991, when an Iraqi Scud missile struck his barracks in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. A water purification specialist with the 14th Quartermaster Detachment, Keough had been in country only six days. His unit suffered the heaviest losses of any allied unit in Desert Storm. The youngest and smallest of eight Keough children, he was, in his sister's words, the light of their family. He is survived by his parents and seven siblings. Rest easy, Soldier!
