SPC & Captain Daniel M. Clark, 35, U.S. Army, Bladen County Sheriff's Office (BCSO), born November 1, 1988, lost the battle within on April 1, 2024. Clark was a Combat Medic with 30th Armored Brigade Combat Team and deployed to Iraq. After the Army, he joined the BCSO, serving as a Bailiff, Patrol Deputy, Narcotics Investigator, Detective, and K-9 Officer. Clark believed that a strong relationship between citizens and law enforcement was essential, and, through outreach programs, built a strong foundation for a safer community. Rest easy, Hero!
