In Memory OfSP5 Thomas E. Bogle

SP5 Thomas E. Bogle, 73, U.S. Army, born August 8, 1950, passed away from cancer on September 5, 2023. Bogle trained at Redstone Arsenal as a Nike Hercules Missile Repairman — one of the Cold War's most specialized and least-known roles, maintaining the nuclear-capable interceptors standing between the country and Soviet bombers. He came home, married Cindy, and spent the next 49 years proving his most important post was home. He is survived by Cindy, daughters Elizabeth, Leanne, Holly, and Laura, and thirteen grandchildren who were his world. Til Valhalla, Soldier.
