In Memory OfSP4 Larry W. Furr Sr.

SP4 Larry W. Furr Sr., 72, U.S. Army, born August 27, 1948, passed away on November 9, 2020. Furr served as a Light Weapons Infantryman with 7th Battalion, 6th Infantry Regiment. There, he was tasked with laying down suppressive fire as his unit conducted combat and security operations in Quảng Ngãi Province. Furr is remembered as a kind man of true faith who never turned down the chance to brighten someone's day. He was a loving husband, a fantastic father, and a great friend. For his service, he earned a Purple Heart. Rest easy, Hero! Til Valhalla, Brother!
