In Memory OfSGT & Trooper Ricky D. Tutterow

SGT & Trooper Ricky D. Tutterow, 55, U.S. Army, born February 27, 1968, lost the battle within on January 26, 2024. A proud Army Ranger with the 2nd Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment, Tutterow served in Panama before protecting his state as a SC Highway Patrol trooper. A natural fixer, he lived to help his family and others, taught gun safety and marksmanship, and loved to hunt and reload, but his greatest joy was his three grandbabies. He was the love of Cheri's life for 28 years. He is survived by his wife and family. Rest easy, Hero! Til Valhalla, Brother!
