In Memory OfSGT Travis M. Arndt

SGT Travis M. Arndt, 23, MT Army National Guard, born May 22, 1982, passed away in a non-hostile incident on September 21, 2005. Arndt was an Infantryman with 163rd Cavalry Troop, 116th Brigade Combat Team, 42nd Infantry Division in Iraq. There, he conducted convoy security, recon, and base protection missions throughout northern Iraq. Arndt enjoyed football, snowshoeing in the Rockies, and was a talented boxer. He was a man with a great sense of humor with a "can-do" attitude who never shied away from a challenge. Rest easy, Soldier! Til Valhalla, Brother!
