SGT Joseph M. Budd, 65, U.S. Air Force, born in Ohio October 11, 1957, lost the
battle with his demons on May 7, 2023. Budd proudly served our country for 12
years as a Medical Service Specialist. He was stationed all over the U.S. and
England, ensuring our troops were in good health and ready to fight. After the
military, Budd became a critical care nurse in hospitals. He then shifted to the inhome
medical field, where he was able to provide a more personal level of
