In Memory OfSGT John H. Dailey

SGT John H. Dailey, 77, U.S. Army, born February 5, 1946, passed away on November 4, 2023. Dailey was an Infantryman with 3rd Battalion, 39th Infantry Regiment, 9th Infantry Division in Vietnam. There, he led search-and-destroy, counterinsurgency, and riverine operations to weaken VC control in the Mekong Delta. After his service, Dailey and his wife became the proud owners of the Little Crane Cafe. He was known for his deep ties to the community, love of local high school sports, and growing the tallest corn in town. Rest easy, Soldier! Til Valhalla, Brother!
