In Memory OfSGT Earl R. McKinney

SGT Earl R. McKinney, 89, U.S. Army, born in Kentucky March 14, 1932, passed away on October 6, 2021. McKinney served as a Combat Medic and an Intelligence Operator with 2nd Infantry Division in the Korean War. He frequently saw combat on the front line, aiding wounded soldiers and radioing rescue helicopters to extract his men from combat zones. After the war, McKinney worked hard to improve his community. He served on several hospital planning boards and worked with the EPA to solve regional environmental issues. Rest easy, Soldier! Til Valhalla, Brother!
