SFC Roy Spencer Belcher, 58, U.S. Army, born in Florida April 17, 1955, passed away from health complications on July 20, 2013. Belcher served our country with distinction for over 20 years and was sent overseas numerous times. He deployed in support of multiple U.S. conflicts, including the Vietnam War, Operation Just Cause, and Operation Desert Storm. Belcher is remembered as a patriot who felt honored to have the opportunity to protect our country. He was a loving husband, a fantastic father, and the favorite grandfather. Rest easy, Soldier!
