In Memory OfS2c & SGT Palmer A. Pearson

S2c & SGT Palmer A. Pearson, 95, U.S. Navy, U.S. Army, born January 15, 1923, passed away on May 27, 2018. After his time in the Navy on the USS Argonne (AG-31) and surviving the attack on Pearl Harbor, Pearson joined the Army. He was assigned to 1st Infantry Division in North African Campaign. Pearson then shipped off to Europe, where he stormed Omaha Beach, fought in the Battle of the Bulge, and helped drive Nazi forces east into Germany, expediting the end of the War. For his service, he earned two Purple Hearts and the Bronze Star. Rest easy, Hero! Til Valhalla, Brother!
