In Memory OfPVT Karl J. Sellner

PVT Karl J. Sellner, 23, U.S. Army, born May 12, 1993, lost the battle within on September 11, 2016, while serving on active duty. Sellner enlisted to serve as his grandfather had in WWII, carrying his family's tradition into his own generation. A gifted guitarist and lyricist captivated by music from boyhood, he wrote his own songs and loved his family fiercely. The memorial fund in his name now sends children who could not otherwise afford it to music, theater, and dance. He is survived by his wife, Shelby, his parents, and six siblings. Rest easy, Soldier! Til Valhalla, Brother!
