PVT Frank J. Nagy, 24, U.S. Army, born January 9, 1921, Killed in Action (KIA) on April 22, 1945. Nagy served as a rifleman in Company D, 337th Infantry Regiment, 85th Infantry Division. He earned his Combat Infantryman Badge in Italy during World War II, closing with the enemy. Nagy was single, had no children, and was the son of Hungarian immigrants. For his service, he was posthumously awarded the Purple Heart. Rest easy, Soldier! Til Valhalla, Brother!
