In Memory OfPV2 Matthew T. Zeimer

PV2 Matthew T. Zeimer, 18, U.S. Army, born in Montana August 31, 1988, was
killed in action on February 2, 2007. Zeimer was a Fire Support Specialist with 3rd
Battalion, 69th Armor Regiment, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division
and deployed for Operation Iraqi Freedom. While he was stationed in Ramadi, his
outpost was attacked by insurgents. Zeimer passed away when an explosive
projectile destroyed the defensive fighting position he was occupying. For his
service, he earned a Purple Heart and the Bronze Star. Rest easy, Hero! Til
Valhalla, Brother!
