PO3 Timothy E. Harmon, 31, U.S. Navy, born in Illinois September 12, 1968, lost the
battle with his demons on March 27, 2000. Harmon had a diverse Naval career
serving as a Cryptologic Technician, Special Security Officer, and a Courier for the
Department of Defense. He was responsible for securing and transporting
thousands of highly classified documents and materials every month essential to
the safety of the U.S. Harmon was a loyal friend, a loving son, a great brother, and
