In Memory OfPO3 Gary C. Holstein Jr.

PO3 Gary C. Holstein Jr., 39, U.S. Navy, born in West Virginia August 15, 1980,
passed away on May 31, 2020. Holstein was a Seaman aboard the USS Paul
Hamilton (DDG-60) and a Mess Management Specialist on the USS Chosin
(CG-65). There, he helped ensure his shipmates were always well-fed and ready
for duty. After the military, he volunteered with the VA to help his fellow Veterans
struggling with PTSD. He is remembered as a big-hearted jokester who went out
of his way to put a smile on someone's face. Fair winds and following seas,
