PO2 Juan Manuel Hermosillo, 33, U.S. Navy, born January 2, 1987, passed away
from health complications on September 5, 2020. Hermosillo was a Surface Ship
Nuclear Propulsion Plant Operator aboard the USS Enterprise (CVN-65). There, he
maintained the nuclear reactor and electrical grid, ensuring the vessel had the
power supply needed to operate at any given moment. Hermosillo was an affable
man who never met a stranger. He is remembered as a loyal friend and devoted
family man who protected those he loved. Fair winds and following seas,
