In Memory OfPFC Windsor M. Van Allan

PFC Windsor M. Van Allan, U.S. Marine Corps, born April 4, 1927, in Waverly, New York, passed away March 4, 2025, one month shy of his 98th birthday. He joined the Marines at 18, serving in Sasebo and Nagasaki, Japan, during the post-WWII Occupation. Returning home to Geneva, he built a 40-year career at Geneva Welding Supply, rising from truck driver to company President. Just last year, he took part in the 80th Anniversary of D-Day at the WWII Museum in New Orleans and an Honor Flight-Rochester trip, both with his sons by his side. Semper Fi, Marine!
