PFC Fred J. Voye, 58, U.S. Army, born in Pennsylvania May 28, 1952, passed away from a stroke on September 26, 2010. During the Vietnam War, Voye served as a Power Generation Equipment Operator/Mechanic at Fort Belvoir. There, he trained to install and maintain various types of generators to keep the military installations up and running. Voye is remembered as a patriot who was truly honored to have had the opportunity to serve our country. He was a great friend, a devoted father, and the favorite grandfather. Rest easy, Soldier!
