A decorated Green Beret, he served with distinction in multiple combat zones with the 20th, 3rd, and 7th Special Forces Groups. He earned the Bronze Star Medal for his exceptional bravery and meritorious service in combat operations. Beyond his military prowess, Billy was a devoted family man, known for his immense heart and unwavering support for his wife, children, and community. He was always the first to offer help, embodying a spirit of selfless service both in uniform and in civilian life. Rest easy, Hero! Til Valhalla, Brother!
