MSG Willard H. Jordan, 81, U.S. Army, born November 13, 1921, in Llano County, TX, passed away from cancer on July 17, 2003. A barber by trade, Jordan answered the call to serve, embarking on a remarkable 28-year career that spanned World War II occupation forces, Korea, Germany, and two tours in Vietnam. Rising from Private to Master Sergeant, he earned two Bronze Stars, three Air Medals, and seven Good Conduct Medals. His legacy is etched in his extraordinary service and the family he built.
