In Memory OfLTJG Frank R. Rodrigues

LTJG Frank R. Rodrigues, 39, U.S. Navy, born December 9, 1981, passed away from cancer on March 14, 2021. Rodrigues commissioned as a Surface Warfare Officer, serving aboard the U.S.S Elrod (FFG-55) in the Persian Gulf and supporting Iraq operations, where his seamanship and tactical readiness were critical. An Eagle Scout, Rodrigues embodied values that shaped his character in and out of uniform, inspiring his daughter to achieve her own Eagle Scout rank. He is survived by his wife, Kelli, and their two children. Fair winds and following seas. Til Valhalla, Brother.
