In Memory OfLieutenant William D. Lebo

Lieutenant William D. Lebo, 63, Lebanon P.D. (LPD), born May 22, 1958, died in the line of duty on March 31, 2022. After serving in the Army, Lebo began a 40-year career with the LPD. From the start, he showed extreme promise and always went above and beyond the call of duty. Lebo was quite a character who knew how to make an entrance, especially when he commuted to work on his pogo stick. He was a one-of-a- kind man whose absence is felt by all. For his service, Lebo was posthumously awarded the Law Enforcement Medal of Honor. Rest easy, Hero! Til Valhalla, Brother!
