Lieutenant Brian W. Musolino, 46, Hegins Valley Fire-Rescue (HVFR), born June 27, 1977, passed away from cancer on March 8, 2024. Eager to become a first responder, Musolino became a volunteer at 14 years old before joining Valley View F.C. There, he held various roles and was essential in merging two local Fire Companies to form the HVFR to improve emergency response services in Schuylkill County. Musolino also worked with several EMS agencies as an EMT, was a Rescue Diver, and the EMA Coordinator for Hegins Township. Rest easy; We have the watch now! Til Valhalla, Brother!
