In Memory OfLCpl Alan K. Howard

LCpl Alan K. Howard, 75, U.S. Marine Corps, born September 13, 1949, passed away from health complications on March 1, 2025. Known to all as Keith, he enlisted in the Marines at eighteen, serving in Vietnam where he earned two Purple Hearts. He was the only one of his friends to return home, carrying both visible and invisible wounds. After his honorable discharge, Keith found peace driving trucks, a passion that took him across the country. He loved old Westerns, tinkered with treasures, and told stories with humor. He married Debra Jean Rose, the love of his life, and together they built a family. Keith valued friendship above all, giving it freely. He is survived by his daughters Jennifer, Selena, and Jessica, nine grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren, who will continue to share his stories. Semper Fi, Marine! Til Valhalla, Brother!
