Raymond was a highly respected "Mustang" officer, earning his commission from the enlisted ranks after years of demonstrated competence and leadership. He was a devoted family man, building a life with his wife across numerous duty stations and facing profound loss with resilience. Raymond is survived by his wife Claudia, daughter Kimberly, brothers Jim and O. Ralph, sister Linda, daughter-in-law Jodi, and grandchildren Brittney, Nicholas, Ashley, and Roman Jensen.
