LCpl Tyler L. Cook, 23, U.S.M.C., born in Michigan May 18, 1990, passed away unexpectedly on April 8, 2014. Cook served as a Motor Transport Operator with 24th Mountain Expeditionary Unit and deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. After Afghanistan, he was stationed in Greece and Turkey before being honorably discharged. Cook enjoyed spending time in the great outdoors, hunting, fishing, and riding his snowmobile. He was a genuinely honorable man with a great sense of humor and a smile that lit up the room. Semper Fi, Marine! Til Valhalla, Brother!
