LCpl Jimmy D. Underwood Jr., 20, U.S.M.C., born in Arkansas January 16, 2003, lost the battle within on November 27, 2023. Underwood served as a Radio Operator with Combat Logistics Battalion 26. Whether it was fuel, food, ammo, or office supplies, he ensured everyone had what they needed to accomplish their goal. Underwood is remembered as an over-achiever who was always the first to volunteer for any task. He took great pride in being a Devil Dog and was honored to have had the opportunity to serve our country. Semper Fi, Marine! Til Valhalla, Brother!
