In Memory OfK9 Deputy Jaxx

K9 Deputy Jaxx, 10, Bladen County Sheriff's Office (BCSO), passed away on April 2, 2024. Jaxx served as a Criminal Apprehension and Narcotics Detection K9 with BCSO. For eight years, he worked alongside his handler, Captain Daniel Clark, and was responsible for getting large amounts of illicit drugs and weapons off the streets. Jaxx wasn't just a partner to Clark. He was a member of the family. Tragically, his handler passed away a few days prior, and they were buried next to each other the same day, staying forever united. Rest easy; We have the watch now! Til Valhalla, Brother!
